She began her Legal Recruitment career in 2007 and has witnessed the transformational changes that Indian legal recruitment industry has undergone in the past few years. She is also counted amongst the first few specialists in legal recruitment industry in India.
She specializes in talent sourcing and acquisition for Corporate Legal departments and Indian & International law firms. She focuses on senior-level recruiting assignments and executive coaching throughout India, as well as globally with emphasis on finding the right and culturally fit talent for the organization.
In her widespread tenure she has been involved in the Manpower Strategy of various Corporates and Law Firms to review and identify their manpower planning and processes. Apart from this, she has also conducted compensation benchmarking exercises for the legal industry which includes top Indian law firms and legal departments throughout the country.
Sarabjeet is a Commerce Graduate and holds a P.G.D. in Personnel Management. She also pursued Executive Development Programme in Talent Management from XLRI-Jamshedpur.
