YW: How do you identify and prioritize opportunities for professional growth within your practice area?
BHARGAV: I focus on staying consistently updated with ongoing legal developments, emerging client needs, and anticipated trends within the industry. This involves monitoring case laws, regulatory updates, and market shifts to remain informed and responsive.
I also engage in continuous learning through professional development resources and peer collaboration. Growth, to me, is not only about expanding my knowledge but also about refining my existing expertise.
At the same time, I prioritise being adaptable to change, which ensures I remain effective and relevant. My goal is to grow meaningfully by aligning my development with both client expectations and industry evolution.
YW: What’s the most significant shift you have observed in the legal industry in recent years, and how have you positioned yourself to respond?
BHARGAV: The most significant shift I’ve observed in the legal industry has been the growing emphasis on specialization combined with the integration of technology to deliver legal services.
Clients increasingly seek lawyers with niche expertise and expect greater efficiency. In response, I have focused my practice on specific areas where I can offer deep knowledge and high-value insight.
This shift has also prompted me to offer advice that is not only legally sound but strategically aligned with broader business goals, positioning myself as a more valuable partner to clients.
