YW: What strategies have you found most effective for building trust and long-term relationships with clients?
BINDIYA: With over 29 years in the legal fraternity, in my experience, building trust and long-term client relationships hinges on clear, consistent communication, proactiveness, rendering unmatched legal strategies coupled with sound business advice, transparency, cost-effective services without compromising in quality.
Strict confidentiality is non-negotiable. One of my fundamental principles is,
“What is shared with us, is buried with us.”
Clients value a trusted advisor who understands both legal and commercial nuances. My approach is that clients receive advice which is not only legally robust but also aligned with their broader business goals. These strategies have consistently delivered results and are integral to my practice.
YW: What’s one unconventional approach you’ve taken in your practice that yielded surprising results?
BINDIYA: One unconventional approach which I have adopted is combining legal expertise with a client-centric adaptive strategy.
In addition to keeping myself updated with the current legislation and prospective amendments, I provide thorough, end-to-end solutions tailored to each client’s unique challenges. By embracing innovation, especially the latest technology for securing clients data, I have streamlined and adapted the processes as per clients’ needs which have yielded astounding results.
Understanding and adapting to client needs, rather than applying a one-sizefits-all method, has led to effective outcomes. This blend of diligence, adaptability, and tech-forward thinking has not only improved efficiency but also significantly strengthened client relationships and overall satisfaction.
